Paul Ochieng is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Crucibel Technology Limited. He is responsible for Crucibel's technical strategy, software engineering and systems architecture, and leads the ongoing development and scaling of Nova HIE.

Paul is committed to engineering high-performance, secure and reliable software designed specifically for the unique operational environments of Kenyan healthcare facilities. He prioritizes stability, data integrity and strict compliance with the Data Protection Act 2019, ensuring patient health records are unified, securely encrypted and consistently accessible.

Paul is a firm believer in problem-first engineering - building products based on direct feedback from clinicians and facility administrators to make healthcare operations simpler, safer and highly coordinated.
