Goodwin Omollo

Goodwin Omollo is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Crucibel Technology Limited, a Kenyan technology startup building Nova, a unified healthcare infrastructure designed for hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories and diagnostic centers.

Under his leadership, Crucibel has focused on solving real-world clinical and operational challenges in healthcare delivery in Kenya. Goodwin's strategic vision has driven the expansion of Crucibel's engineering and clinical teams, leading to the official commercial launch of Nova HIE. He works closely with healthcare professionals, managers and regulators to align Nova's products with daily operational realities.

Prior to founding Crucibel, Goodwin spent years collaborating with clinical and operational teams to understand the bottlenecks of care delivery. He is dedicated to eliminating fragmented patient records, inventory leakage and administrative burdens, helping Kenyan healthcare providers spend more time delivering care and less time struggling with disconnected systems.
