Co-Founder & CTO
Paul Okello is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Crucibel Technology Limited. He leads the technical strategy, software engineering and systems architecture at Crucibel, overseeing the development and scaling of the Nova HIE, Nova Rx and Nova Lab platforms.
Paul is committed to engineering high-performance, secure and reliable software designed specifically for the unique operational environments of Kenyan healthcare facilities. He prioritizes stability, data integrity and strict compliance with the Data Protection Act 2019, ensuring patient health records are unified, securely encrypted and consistently accessible.
Before co-founding Crucibel in 2023, Paul engineered scale-ready web applications and database architectures. He is a firm believer in problem-first engineering—building products based on direct feedback from clinicians and facility administrators to make healthcare operations simpler, safer and highly coordinated.
